When we saw inbound marketing taking shape, we knew it would change the world. We have been forced out of our one-way communication comfort zones and into a dialog. We must now search for ways to innovatively engage our customers, our employees, our recruits, our vendors…the world!
Meet our Team
Tom - Founder & President
Tom founded InnoGage after sensing a tectonic shift with the onset of Web2.0. Tom broke from traditional passive marketing knowing that Inbound Marketing would force companies and organizations to Engage their customers in the marketing process. Tom worked in three large multi-national companies before founding InnoGage, living and working in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Illinois in addition to many countries across Europe and Latin America. In his free time, Tom enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two high-energy boys. Tom holds a BS degree in Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Dave - Director of Business Development
Dave was the former CEO of Seaside Naturals, a start-up company he formed with his wife in 2003 and sold in 2008. Prior to establishing Seaside Naturals, he was an accomplished entrepreneur working with several technology start-up companies over a 15 year period focusing on networking and information technology as a lead software engineer. David is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, with a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology and is currently enrolled in the MBA program with a concentration in Marketing at Benedictine University.
Andy- Director of Information Technology
Andy brings nine years of experience and talent from a range of IT specialties, including web, software engineering, business analysis, and project management. In his role at InnoGage, he plots the technical course and continually enhances and maintains the flagship product line. Andy earned his BS in Computer Information Science at the Ohio State University.

Brian Link
Brian is a software technology executive, passionate technologist, and Internet start-up enthusiast. Recently, Brian was the key technology executive at Digg.com where as the VP of Technology he led Development, QA and R&D as Digg grew to be one of the most highly trafficked websites in the world. He is skilled in many technologies and processes (including LAMP and Agile) but excels mostly at describing technical concepts to non technical people and serving as a universal translator between the techies and the business people. Brian has also served as the CTO for NSB Group, a retail software company and the CTO of Toobla, an Internet startup in Columbus. Previously, Brian spent thirteen years at Cambridge Technology Partners in technology and leadership roles, working with many different technologies and software integration methodologies delivering fixed time, fixed price multi-million dollar engagements.
Mike Sheehan
Mike brings a financial and operational skill set to the team having worked for two venture capital and private equity firms. In addition, Mike spent three years with a financial consulting firm focused on business valuation. Recently Mike worked for Archstone Consulting, a boutique strategy and operations consulting firm. As a consultant, Mike has worked with clients across numerous functional areas in the apparel, consumer packaged goods, financial services manufacturing, and retail industries. Mike has also worked at venture capital and private equity firms in Europe and the US in a variety of roles including Director of Research and Corporate Development and Planning. Mike received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA from Lafayette College.
Mike Smith
Mike currently works for Michael Smith Business Development in Herndon, Va. as the CEO & Active Angel Investor (AAI). He has launched 15 start-up companies helping to locate investor capital in the $1-3 million range. His company has brought-in over $5 million in seed capital in 2008. Mike has a proven track record with highly advanced client relationship management skills with international technology companies. He is frequently quoted and bylined in industry trade press, government IT publications and in the Washington Post. Mike is a national speaker on the synergies between government affairs and tech public relations at international conferences and association meetings. He earned his Master of Science in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
